Erectile Dysfunction is the inability for a longer and firm erection to a sexual intercourse. It is called sometimes as impotence, the lack of ability of Man’s sexual or his penis to erect firmly and longer during sexual activity. There are also certain medical conditions that can increase the risk of having erectile dysfunction, to mention a few;

Complications having Erection problems
Having erection problem may cause an unsatisfactory sex life which lead to a relationship problem, fear or rejection or depression, this will also lead to your very low self esteem. Most people having this problem sometimes think or feel very bad about themselves which leads them to be undeforming or unfocused on their jobs. It would lead also to very poor sex life or even inability to make your partner pregnant.

This health condition may affect your life badly, be it be physical and emotional. But you can prevent it by starting or living a healthy life, quit smoking – these vices can make you unhealthy, don’t drink too much alcohol or drink moderately, exercise regularly.
The psychological factor can be reduced if you yourself would focus your mind on other things instead, think positive, don’t dwell too much on negative things which may lead to depression. Most of the things that you feel emotional about are all in your mind. You can control it.
